On March 23, 2023, Ambassador Wei Hongtian handed over a batch of medical supplies donated by the China-Caribbean Development Center to the Grenada-China Friendship Association. The stuff includes masks, protective suits, etc, and will soon be used to help local welfare and medical facilities.  Mr. Garvey Louison, Chairman of the Grenada-China Friendship Association, thanked the Center for the kind donation and China’s assistance to the development of Grenada.
