On July 13, 2022, Ambassador Wei Hongtian paid a courtesy call on the Minister for Social & Community Development, Housing and Gender Affairs, Hon. Philip Alfred Telesford.

    Ambassador Wei introduced the development of bilateral relations between China and Grenada over the past 17 years since the resumption of diplomatic relations, especially on practical cooperation in the fields of housing, community development and people's livelihood.

    Minister Telesford thanked the Chinese government for its assistance and contribution to the economic and social development of Grenada, especially for the implementation of low-income housing project. The two sides agreed to improve practical cooperation and further enhance bilateral relations.
