On July 15, 2022, Ambassador Wei Hongtian paid a courtesy call on the new Minister of State with Responsibility for Youth, Sports and Culture of Grenada, Hon. Ron Redhead. They reviewed the fruitful cooperation between China and Grenada in the fields of youth and sports, such as the national stadiums and the youth centre, and agreed on boosting the exchange between the youngsters in the two countries and facilitating the on-going cooperation projects.

     Amb. Wei and Hon. Redhead attended the handover ceremony of the supporting fund donated by the Chinese Embassy in assisting the organizing of 2022 Carnival events.
