On February 22, 2024, H.E. Wei Hongtian, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Grenada, signed the Certificate of Acceptance and handed over the grant aid of 300,000 USD (three hundred thousand US Dollars) in cash for the Celebrations of Grenada’s 50th Anniversary with Ms. Carvel Lett, Cabinet Secretary of Grenada. 

    Ambassador Wei congratulated Grenada on its achievements in the 50th anniversary of its independence. Ms. Carvel Lett expressed gratitude for the friend sentiments of the Chinese Government and people towards the Government and people of Grenada. The two sides reaffirmed their commitment to the further development of the bilateral relations and practical cooperation between China and Grenada.
