On May 30, 2025, H.E.Wei Hongtian, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Grenada paid a site-visit to the undergoing construction of Levera National Resort Project in St.Patrict Parish, northern Grenada.

Mr. Lu, Manager of the construction Team from Sichuan Kehui Construction Company, which undertakes parts of the project by contract briefed Amb.Wei on the progress of the project. Amb.Wei emphasized that great attention should be attached to the ecological and environment protection since the project is located around the mangrove and wetland reserve zone. Mr. Lu reaffirmed that they would strictly obey the Grenadian laws and regulations, fulfilled social responsibilities and lived in harmony with both the nature and the local community, made more contribution to the friendly relations and cooperation between China and Grenada, and promoted further mutual understanding between the two peoples.
