On June 28, 2026, H.E. Yang Shu, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Grenada gave an exclusive interview to Ms. Calistra Farrier from WPG10, answering several questions on topics including the development of China-Grenada relations, trade and investment, prospects for cooperation, China-U.S. relations, the community with a shared future for humanity, the four global initiatives, and global hotspot issues.

   Ambassador Yang stated that the one-China principle is the foundation of political mutual trust between China and Grenada, and also an important political basis for the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and all other countries. China always upholds the principles of mutual respect, equality and mutual benefit, and win-win cooperation. China will continue to provide support to Grenada within its capacity, and work hand in hand with Grenada to address global challenges and bring bilateral relations to a new level.
