On May 9, 2024, Mr. Peng Wenlin, Charge d’Affaires ad interim of the Chinese Embassy in Grenada visited the La Sagesse Agricultural Demonstration Center in St. David with Hon. Lennox J. Andrews, Minister for Economic Development, Planning, Agriculture and Lands, Forestry, Marine Resources, and Cooperatives. Minister Andrews thanked the Chinese experts for providing technical support and helping Grenadian farmers increase their production. Both sides discussed ongoing cooperation and explored room for future engagement in areas of agriculture.
